The Philosophy Project

I offer facilitated philosophy discussion sessions and classes to a range of groups. I am particularly interested in working with marginalised or disadvantaged adults. I also work with children and hope to offer public sessions for adults as well.

This page provides some information about my past experience in this area: if you'd like to find out more or book a session for your group, please contact me. You can find more information on The Philosophy Project website.

Stuart Low Trust Philosophy Forum

The Stuart Low Trust Philosophy Forum has been running for nine years. We offer weekly philosophy discussion sessions in term time for vulnerable or isolated adults in Islington, London. I first became involved in 2017. Since 2019, I have been part of the Philosophy Forum leadership team.

In 2018, we ran a series of sessions at a sister project with the Shelter from the Storm homeless shelter.

Philosophy in the Park

I organised Philosophy in the Park in 2018. This was a free public philosophy discussion session held in Regent's Park, London, and advertised in Time Out. I gave brief talks on Buddhist and Humean ideas of the "self" before volunteers facilitated small-group discussions with participants. Over 40 people attended.
